Will my dog be caged?

Not at all. He/she will NEVER be confined. Just like my own dog, your furball will be allowed to roam wherever he/she pleases! (click here to see what Life’s like @ Crystles!)

Can I bring all my dog’s toys, bowls, blankets and so on?

Of course you can! It is encouraged that you to bring anything that might make his/her stay more comfortable at Crystle’s pet hotel Singapore Don’t worry though, all of this will be provided!

My dog is naughty, how will he/she be handled?

I believe that every dog is playful but rest assured, your dog will never be confined or hit because of its playfulness. Your dog will simply be encouraged to focus on another activity or distracted with a tasty treat at Crystle’s pet hotel Singapore

What if my dog needs the air-con to sleep?

If your dog is used to sleeping in air-conditioning (like mine is), I’ll be more than happy to have him or her enjoy it during his/her dog boarding stay at Crystle’s pet hotel Singapore.

What if my dog needs a lot of exercise?

If your dog is a hyper ball of fur, I’d be happy to bring him for long walks or runs, according to your instructions, of course.

My dog has special needs, is that okay?

Of course it is! If your little furball needs extra care, be it daily medication or a special home-cooked diet, feel free to let me know

My dog is not socialized, I don’t want him mingling with other dogs.

For dogs that are not socialized, he/she will be kept away from the others. However, should he/she be staying for a long time, gradual introductions will be made to help him/her socialize so by the time you get back, you’ll have a friendly, well-socialized canine! What if my dog is aggressive?

His/her level of aggressiveness towards people and other dogs will have to be assessed before being taken in by Crystle’s pet hotel Singapore.

Do I have to bring my own dog food?

It is recommended that your dog sticks to his/her diet, at the beginning at least. A sudden change in environment and diet can cause soft stools and a loss of appetite. However, if this is inconvenient, food is inclusive in Crystle’s pet boarding Singapore!

Do you take in big dogs?

Unfortunately I do not take in big dogs. As it is a 4-Room Apartment, I prefer taking in small and medium dogs as there may not be sufficient room for a big dog to roam around.

Does my dog have to be protected against ticks and fleas?

Yes, as he/she will be mingling with other dogs and going downstairs for daily walks, it is important that he/she is well protected from fleas and ticks. If he/she has not yet been protected, you may purchase Frontline at a separate cost from our Crystle’s pet boarding Singapore.

What if my dog needs a trip to the vet?

If your dog needs a trip to the vet whilst he is at Crystle’s pet boarding Singapore, he/she will be brought to the one nearest to my place, a 5-minute ride away. However, feel free to leave the name card of the vet of your choice and if it is nothing serious, I will bring him/her to where he/she is used to

What is the maximum number of dogs you take in?

I take in a maximum of 4 dogs at any time. Dogs require sufficient space to run around, play and relax and to ensure a happy stay, should not be stressed by overcrowding at a Crystle’s pet boarding Singapore.

How big is your place?

It is a 4-room Apartment.

If it is an apartment, does my dog have to be paper-trained?

No, he or she does not have to be paper-trained  at Crystle’s pet hotel Singapore. The resident chihuahua here is paper-trained but goes down up to 6 times a day to do his jobs (and have a quick play).
